CONCRETE STEPS
As part of our commitment to providing the highest quality care that is evidence based we are excited to bring to you our online learning modules.
These modules are designed to give you a head start in therapy and provide you with consistent best practice care so you can enjoy being you.
ONLINE PROGRAM FOR YOU
Concrete Steps is our way of helping therapy be more affordable for our community. In this program you will cover learning you would normally do with your psychologist in one-to-one sessions.
If you are committed to this process, have been thinking of trying it, or cannot see your psychologist as often as you and your psychologist would like, Concrete Steps ensures your investment in you is valued.
Our unique way of delivering quality care with up to date research, means we can support your journey without interruption from the very beginning.

Which Is Your Therapist?
To set the stage we spent our three day yearly retreat together in sharing, reflection and appreciation. At each of our retreats we start with reflection on our values- are they still relevant, are they a part of our clients journey and do we refer to them enough? Are there values we need to spend more time bringing into the company?

We See You
Commonly known as the “queen of common sense”, Maggie Dent is well respected and loved as one of Australia’s favourite parenting authors and educators. We reached out to Maggie as part of our #celebratingyoungpeople campaign, she responded immediately with ‘yes’ and made a video of her message for young people.
We asked Maggie: What do you love about being around young people? What is a message you would like to share with young people?
Maggie’s answers are truly moving and honest. Our hope is all young people will feel the love and value they bring to our lives and communities. As Maggie says “figure out who you are and give that to the world, and start as soon as you can”.
